Buying Online
This comprehensive website aims to show most of the Lubricants products which we have available on our shop floor, the majority of which you can purchase online. Contract Creation
When you place an order with us by pressing the ‘Checkout’ button on the purchasing page of this website you are making an offer to purchase product(s) from us. No contract exists between Lazer car wash and lubricants and you at this point. The contract is only created when we send you an email confirming receipt of your order and our acceptance of it and we have taken payment as delineated under the section ‘Payment’.
Payment
All prices quoted on the Lazer car wash and lubricants website are exclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the product(s) ordered plus delivery charges as set out in the delivery section of this website. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the payment section of this website and payment will be debited and cleared from your account when the order is created. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Pricing
Whilst we have taken all necessary precautions to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear in our store and online are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price on any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and provide you with the option of reconfirming you order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
Cancellation by Lazer car wash and lubricants
Colours & Colour Variations
Lazer car wash and lubricants have taken all reasonable care to represent colours of products online as accurately as possible. However, Lazer car wash and lubricants accepts no responsibility for colours not displaying correctly on laptops, PCs, tablets and phones. If in doubt, we advise coming in-store and seeing the product prior to purchase/ordering.
Lazer car wash and lubricants will not be responsible for colour variations in the event that matching items are not purchased together.
Defective Goods
If the item you have purchased is defected, please contact us and we will arrange replacement or refund. Lazer car wash and lubricants will check the items accordingly and will arrange replacement or refund the customer with the full purchase price including delivery charge
(if applicable) for defective goods.
